sualAI ("the app") is an AI chat assistant. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
To provide the chat service, enforce subscription limits, secure accounts, and maintain reliability. Processing is performed by Google as our processor: Firebase (authentication, usage counters and our backend functions) and Google Cloud Vertex AI (response generation).
We share data only with these infrastructure providers strictly to operate the service. We never sell personal data.
Chat history lives on your device and is removed when you sign out, delete your account, or delete the app. You can export your conversations in Settings → Data & Privacy → Export chats. You can permanently delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete account: this deletes your account and its usage counter from our servers and, if you signed in with Apple, revokes the app's Sign in with Apple access. For data requests, contact us.
All network traffic uses HTTPS/TLS. Every request to our backend is authenticated with your account's sign-in token, and usage limits are enforced on the server.
sualAI is not directed to children under 13.
